What Is Managed Automation Support?

The day an automated line goes live is not the end of the project — it is the start of the part that determines whether the investment ever pays back. The integrator hands over and leaves. From that point, the question is brutally simple: when the system stops at 2am, who is accountable for getting it running again? Managed automation support is the answer to that question.

To be precise about scope: managed automation support here means keeping physical industrial automation running — not consumer robotics, robotics education, AI products, or RPA software bots. It is the lifecycle side of industrial automation.
